Business Insights Specialist (AI)

Location: Salt Lake City, UT, United States of America; remote work-from-home options are available.

Salary: $66,200–$128,000 annually, varying by work location and job-related factors.

What you will do

• Build, run, and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports, including production numbers, pipeline and KPI recaps, sales scorecards, and business review packets.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards and inspection tools used by leadership and frontline teams.
• Automate recurring reporting workflows using Claude and other AI tools, including prompts, templates, and supporting processes.
• Source and validate data from FOX and other systems before reports are distributed.
• Handle ad hoc data requests and quick-turn analysis for sales leadership and frontline teams.
• Document report definitions, data sources, and refresh cadence.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in reporting, business analytics, sales operations, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to build reports and dashboards with data without requiring deep technical or BI support.
• Proficiency in Excel or a similar tool for data analysis, reporting, and working with large datasets.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their use in reporting workflow automation.
• Organized, process-minded approach with the ability to manage recurring reporting cycles and ad hoc requests simultaneously.
• Clear communication skills and ability to translate data into concise, actionable summaries for leadership.

Nice to have

• Direct experience using Claude or a similar AI platform for reporting and automation; hands-on Claude experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, and sales reporting tools.
• Experience with Tableau or a similar BI and visualization tool.
