Summer Internship Program - VA Community Care Analyst

What you will do

• Analyze Congressional meetings, proposals, and related data to identify impacts on the VA Community Care program.
• Prepare comprehensive reports with recommendations and presentations for Tria leadership and VA contractors.
• Support strategic initiatives, benchmark industry practices, and contribute to client strategies.
• Plan and execute one key project under the supervision of a senior team member.
• Create and maintain documentation for updated processes and recommendations.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Business Development, and other cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Prior internship or coursework in operations or business strategy.
