Early Careers - Customer Service Business Analyst Intern

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; flex work arrangement with a minimum of three office days per week. The ten-week program requires availability for its full duration.

Base pay: $19.13–$34.17 per hour.

What you will do

• Participate in a formal internship program supporting business objectives and member-focused solutions.
• Own components of project work and deliverables with guidance from a mentor and manager.
• Conduct research, analyze data and information, and develop recommendations for business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams.
• Support departmental initiatives that improve business outcomes and member and client experience.
• Develop and deliver a final presentation to department leadership covering the project, results, and recommendations.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree as a rising senior, preferably majoring in business, data analytics, information technology, information systems, or computer science; other majors may be considered.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• Availability for the full ten-week program.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and learn unfamiliar concepts.
• Practical PC skills, especially Office 365 and virtual collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Word, and SharePoint.

• Prior related technical internship or work experience.
