What you will do

• Own and continuously improve the global LTSA offer and order management framework, including governance, processes, templates, approval workflows, and offer-to-order handovers.
• Develop global LTSA standards for commercial methodologies, pricing, risk assessment, proposal structures, and framework agreements.
• Act as the global Center of Competence for LTSA offer preparation and support regions without dedicated LTSA resources.
• Lead strategic, cross-regional, and complex LTSA pursuits, including offer development, contract structuring, commercial qualification, and bid governance.
• Create Global Service Agreement frameworks and master contract structures for deployment across regions and customer locations.
• Coordinate Sales, Engineering, Service Operations, Finance, Legal, SCM, and execution organizations while driving knowledge sharing, training, continuous improvement, and performance monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Project Management, or a related discipline, combined with extensive experience in energy, transmission, grid technologies, or industrial service businesses.
• Proven experience in proposal management, bid management, commercial project management, long-term service agreements, or complex solution selling within international organizations.
• Strong commercial experience in contract structuring, framework agreements, pricing, risk management, business case development, governance processes, and offer lifecycle management.
• Ability to establish standards, methodologies, and best practices while influencing stakeholders across global matrix organizations.
• Understanding of substation technologies, asset lifecycle services, long-term maintenance concepts, or comparable service-based business models.
• Highly structured, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
