Equipment Finance Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Birmingham, Alabama or Atlanta, Georgia, United States

Salary range target: $53,351.10–$73,750.00 USD annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary incentive plan.

What you will do

• Support bankers in the origination and execution of equipment finance products, including Direct Equipment Finance.
• Conduct financial and industry due diligence to evaluate transaction risk and return.
• Prepare pitches, proposals, client materials, and supporting analyses with strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Maintain proprietary databases with news, transactions, current events, and financial information about clients, prospects, and industry participants.
• Identify Regions products, services, and actionable ideas aligned with client needs.
• Coordinate bankers and Credit Product partners, support relationship managers with call planning and pipeline management, and provide autonomous client support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Two years of related experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-focused environment and demonstrate initiative, integrity, leadership, a strong work ethic, and dedication to results.
