Analyst, Project Finance & Infrastructure, Corporate Banking (Project Finance)

Location: New York, NY, 300 Madison Ave Fl 8; candidates must be legally eligible to work at the specified location and, where applicable, hold a valid work or study permit.

Salary: $115,000–$135,000 annually for the New York, NY market, based on experience, qualifications, and location; incentive compensation may also be available.

What you will do

• Support deal teams in executing new energy and non-energy infrastructure lending opportunities.
• Build financial models, analyze financial statements and counterparties, and collect and analyze market data.
• Complete due diligence and prepare materials for management and credit group presentations.
• Assist with transaction closings, internal processes, and coordination with external consultants, advisors, and legal counsel.
• Interface with Credit & Risk Management, Environmental Risk Management, AML, KYC, rates, commodities, debt capital markets, investment banking, and loan administration teams.
• Prepare marketing materials, pitch books, industry reports, and internal reports while monitoring booked assets, annual reviews, and waiver or amendment requests.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience.
• Positive track record in energy and/or non-energy infrastructure finance.
• Experience building and working with financial models.
• Strong financial modeling and financial analysis skills.
• Ability to work across multiple deals and responsibilities in an intense, energetic environment.
• Self-motivated approach, enthusiasm, teamwork, adaptability, and accountability.
• Ability to use evolving technologies and adapt to new tools and trends.
