What you will do

• Lead the technical implementation of a compliance-critical Salesforce consent and preference management programme for a major health insurance company.
• Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows and OmniScripts across a multi-cloud landscape.
• Build REST/SOAP integrations, middleware connections, data migrations, transformations and legacy-system loads.
• Design complex declarative and programmatic sharing models, test plans and security-focused solutions while supporting QA.
• Own CI/CD deployments across environments, technical investigations, ROM estimations, documentation and solution designs.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, Consultants, QA Engineers and client stakeholders; conduct demos, code reviews and mentoring.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Expert Apex, including design patterns, trigger frameworks, bulk and asynchronous processing, integration patterns and custom REST/SOAP endpoints; advanced SOQL/SOSL.
• Advanced Lightning Web Components skills, including rendering performance, state management and minimising wire adapter calls.
• Hands-on source-driven CI/CD development with Git branching, pull requests, merge conflict resolution and Salesforce CLI/SFDX deployments across multiple environments.
• Strong knowledge of sharing rules, role hierarchy, permission sets, permission set groups, and CRUD/FLS enforcement in Apex and LWC.
• Advanced Flows and sound judgement on when to use declarative configuration instead of code.
• Ability to deliver complex user stories and multi-system data flows independently, conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
• Active Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification plus at least three additional active Salesforce certifications.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish. Familiarity with Scrum or Kanban and openness to learning new technologies and tools.

• Copado CI/CD, ideally with Bitbucket.
• Experience Cloud and at least one of Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud or Data Cloud.
• OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors and Business Rules Engine.
• MuleSoft API-led connectivity, RAML and DataWeave; Platform Events and Change Data Capture.
• Claude Code or GitHub Copilot.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II, Data Cloud Consultant, MuleSoft Certified Developer, OmniStudio Developer, Experience Cloud Consultant, B2C Commerce Developer, Application Architect or System Architect certifications.
• Healthcare industry experience.
