Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: São Paulo, Brazil; hybrid. Availability to work with teams and clients in the EST time zone is optional.

What you will do

• Collaborate with clients, business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand objectives, gather requirements, and create scalable technical designs.
• Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications through REST and SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware such as MuleSoft.
• Maintain and optimize Salesforce configurations and customizations, troubleshoot technical issues, and support platform enhancements.
• Contribute to technical decisions, development standards, security best practices, and adoption of standard Salesforce solutions.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and assess new features for ongoing projects.

Requirements

• Fluent English and strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience supporting and implementing Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce DX and modern DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce projects in nonprofit, NGO, charity, or fundraising environments.
• Familiarity with donor management, donations, fundraising, grants, or similar processes.
• Experience with US-based clients.
• Availability to work with teams and clients in the EST time zone.
