Credit Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support credit underwriting, operational credit, receivables management, risk management, and portfolio monitoring.
• Conduct financial analysis and interpret financial statements to assess corporate client creditworthiness.
• Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Legal, and Operations, and support Credit Managers with risk-related decisions.
• Contribute to risk management projects, including the creation and implementation of financial models.
• Maintain client portfolio compliance with hirify.global’s risk policies.
• Apply independent judgment and composure in a high-pressure environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, with strong academic performance.
• 2–4 years of experience in credit analysis or corporate finance.
• Ability to read, analyse, and interpret financial statements.
• Excellent analytical and independent thinking skills.
• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Collaborative, eager to learn, passionate, and able to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Understanding of FX markets and derivative products.
