What you will do

• Originate investment opportunities across the Structured Corporate Credit product suite through early engagement with borrowers, sponsors, and advisors.
• Lead due diligence, business analysis, and structuring to develop and refine investment theses.
• Drive structuring, negotiation, and documentation of investments.
• Communicate and defend investment theses to internal stakeholders and Investment Committees.
• Monitor existing portfolio investments and contribute to fund management and investor communications.
• Support platform expansion and the potential introduction of new investment strategies.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in investment banking, private credit, or infrastructure.
• Strong quantitative, financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to form independent judgments.
• Specific interest in credit and structured products, together with a strong passion for investing.
• Excellent credit analysis and verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze a variety of industries, businesses, and capital structures with a flexible and creative mindset.
• Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
• Ability to self-direct, analyze, evaluate, and form independent judgments.
• Ability to interact with and build relationships across a wide variety of stakeholders.
