Project Manager II (Finance Transformation)

Location: Cupertino, California; hybrid, 3 days per week onsite

Pay rate: $60–$65.42 per hour

What you will do

• Support organizational change management programs through stakeholder communications, readiness tracking, and adoption activities.
• Collect, consolidate, and synthesize information from multiple teams into clear project outputs.
• Create and maintain project plans, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and completion.
• Document current-state and future-state processes.
• Build presentations and status updates for program teams and leadership.
• Support software planning through data collection and analysis, and provide project management support across shifting organizational priorities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience gathering, consolidating, and documenting information and processes.
• Demonstrated experience building project plans and tracking them to completion.
• Demonstrated experience creating stakeholder presentations.
• Business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience with change management programs or frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, initiative, independence, and the ability to work in ambiguous environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Excel proficiency, including formulas and pivot tables, especially for software planning work.
