IT / Infrastructure Project Manager

Location: New York, New York, United States; on-site 3 days per week; must be comfortable working non-standard business hours, including Friday evenings and Saturdays.

hirify.global is hiring for an infrastructure project management role supporting technology deployments for Wealth Management branch offices.

What you will do

• Lead the planning, coordination, installation, expansion, renovation, and closure of branch-office technology infrastructure across New York and the broader US.
• Gather technology requirements and coordinate high-level designs with engineering and operations.
• Plan, track, and coordinate deployment schedules, deliverables, hardware procurement, staging, deliveries, and vendor-related delays.
• Coordinate voice and data hardware, network infrastructure, switches, routers, cabling, and cable management.
• Manage technology change-management tickets, weekly status reporting, UAT scheduling, and BAU signoffs.

Requirements

• 10–12 years of technology project management experience.
• Experience with branch-office builds, network core infrastructure, switches, routers, Cisco hardware, network installations, and vendor coordination.
• Experience across network integrations, infrastructure builds, data-center builds, corporate real-estate construction projects, floor build-outs, and business relocations.
• Understanding of cabling, corporate services, and cable management.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, implement, and track project deliverables; gather requirements; develop schedules; manage procurement; and coordinate testing and signoffs.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, organizational, prioritization, time-management, communication, and deadline-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, Project, Excel, and ServiceNow.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while managing multiple projects.

Nice to have

• CCNA and/or CCNP certification.
• WAN and LAN experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience in financial services or at a technology hardware vendor.
• Data-center builds, consolidations, and decommissions.
• Technical delivery, implementation management, Kanban, and Agile experience.
