IT Project Manager III

What you will do

• Lead IT and digital projects from planning through closure across applications, data, integrations, infrastructure, vendor solutions, and other technology initiatives.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, forecasts, risks, issues, dependencies, changes, and project financials.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID items, forecasts, and status reports.
• Coordinate business, technical, and vendor teams, including cross-team dependencies and project commitments.
• Facilitate project meetings, governance, decision-making, and change control.
• Communicate status, risks, issues, and decisions to stakeholders and leadership while escalating issues when appropriate.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in medium to large organizations.
• Demonstrated experience managing technology projects using predictive/waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and cross-team dependencies.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, financial management, risk management, issue management, and change management skills.
• Experience working with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
• Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Jira.
• Ability to understand technical concepts without being the technical subject matter expert.
