Workforce Intelligence Consultant (AI)

Location: Remote within any U.S. jurisdiction where hirify.global is registered to do business; in-person orientation at the Cleveland, Ohio headquarters is required, with occasional travel possible. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Base salary: $145,000–$160,000 annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus and equity incentive plan participation.

What you will do

• Lead client engagements from initial conversations through executive-ready deliverables.
• Partner with health system executives and workforce leaders to define strategic questions and analyses.
• Run collaborative customer and prospect design sessions in person and virtually.
• Use Claude and the hirify.global MCP data connector to analyze hypotheses and build reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and interactive tools.
• Analyze provider market supply and demand, recruitment feasibility, competition and alignment, attrition and succession exposure, and service-line growth.
• Review outputs for accuracy and executive usefulness, refine prompts and templates, validate market needs, and share structured findings with product, sales, and client services teams.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of healthcare analytics experience, including work with executives to answer strategic questions using claims and market data.
• Healthcare analytics or consulting experience with health system executives, gained at a consulting or advisory firm, healthcare data and analytics company, or health system strategy or planning group.
• Track record of turning data into actionable insight through executive-ready reports and presentations.
• Strong understanding of provider markets, including physician recruitment and retention, workforce supply and demand, service-line strategy, and referral and alignment dynamics.
• Strong analytical judgment and the ability to distinguish credible findings from plausible-sounding results.
• Technical interest in AI and hands-on adoption of modern tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini; awareness of how LLMs can fail is required, while software engineering experience is not.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including the presence to lead working sessions with C-suite executives.
• Ownership, initiative, and a record of delivering results in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
