What you will do

  • Prepare and manage airway bills, invoices, and other shipping documents.
  • Monitor order receipt and track cargo through delivery.
  • Resolve lost-cargo cases and other shipment problems.
  • Coordinate delivery and documentation requests with other departments.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office and confident use of Excel.
  • Professional and responsible attitude toward tasks and work processes.
  • English at B2 level or higher.
  • Service-oriented approach to work.
  • No prior work experience is required; strong motivation to grow in logistics is welcomed.
