Client Associate, Wood Gundy-Bilingual (Financial Services)

Location: Montréal, QC, Canada; work arrangement and the proportion of on-site and remote work will be discussed during the interview.

What you will do

• Provide administrative and ongoing support to Investment Advisors and brokerage teams.
• Support high-net-worth client accounts and respond promptly to client requests.
• Assist with investment plans, written proposals, and allocation of assets to appropriate financial products.
• Verify client documents, signatures, and signing authority in line with compliance procedures.
• Review legal agreements for cash management products, close documentation gaps, escalate issues, and coordinate resolutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve client experience, team productivity, and business development.

Requirements

• Current accreditation and good standing as a Registered Representative with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization – Investment Dealer (CIRO-ID).
• Financial services and/or brokerage industry experience.
• Working knowledge of various quotation equipment.
• Fluency in French and English is required to serve clients in the community.
• Strong administrative, organizational, analytical, critical-thinking, documentation, and client-service skills.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada and, where applicable, a valid work or study permit.
