SAP Project/Delivery Manager (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: Remote in Turkey, Romania, Bulgaria, or Ukraine

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, including greenfield, brownfield, and migration programs.
• Own project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, governance, quality standards, and reporting.
• Coordinate SAP functional consultants, technical teams, system integrators, external vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Align business requirements with SAP S/4HANA solutions and manage communication with steering committees and senior management.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues while managing multiple workstreams and priorities.
• Support change management, user adoption, go-live activities, and post-go-live stabilization.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation projects is mandatory.
• 5+ years of experience as an SAP Project Manager or SAP Program Manager.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, modules, and implementation methodologies.
• Proven experience managing complex, large-scale SAP projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate or similar project methodologies.
• Experience working with system integrators and external vendors.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level.

Nice to have

• SAP certifications such as SAP Activate, PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
• Experience with SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations.
• Background in ERP transformation or digital transformation projects.
• Experience working in international or distributed teams.
