Analyst - Acceptance Go-to-Market Services (GTMS)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; at least 3 days per week in the Warsaw office

Salary: PLN 129,150–212,175; may include potential sales incentive payments. Additional bonus and equity may apply.

What you will do

• Use data and client insights to identify and prioritize opportunities to increase Network Product adoption, performance, and value across issuers, acquirers, and merchants.
• Translate complex analysis into practical recommendations and action plans with measurable client and business outcomes.
• Track product readiness and post-launch performance, diagnose root causes, coordinate remediation, and apply learnings.
• Support scalable client onboarding, product launches, regional activation, and optimization initiatives.
• Build dashboards and reporting on adoption, readiness, performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Client Services, regional, and client-facing teams while presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative, technical, business, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant experience in payments, banking, financial services, consulting, analytics, or another data-intensive environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including using complex data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and develop practical recommendations.
• Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, including authorization flows and the roles of issuers, acquirers, merchants, and processors.
• Experience supporting product performance, client enablement, operational readiness, optimization, or similar data-driven initiatives.
• Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel, including defining meaningful performance measures and reporting approaches.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and collaborate across functions, regions, and stakeholder groups.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, ownership, judgement, organizational, communication, presentation, and data-quality skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of payment message data and ISO 8583 concepts.
• Experience using AI-assisted analytics, automation, or workflow tools.
