Senior Scrum Master (Merchant Solutions): Coordinating Agile delivery across cross-functional engineering teams for banking, payment processing, and Merchant Solutions platforms with an accent on Scrum facilitation, dependency management, and delivery efficiency. Focus on removing blockers, supporting backlog prioritization, tracking delivery risks and KPIs, and driving continuous improvement across software releases.

Work in an international banking and payment technology environment on multinational projects.
What you will do
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support engineering teams in achieving sprint goals, delivery milestones, and successful software releases.
- Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog refinement and prioritisation.
- Identify and remove delivery blockers while managing dependencies across multiple development and technology teams.
- Monitor sprint progress, delivery KPIs, risks, and timelines.
- Coordinate technical and business communication and drive continuous improvement through Agile best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, including proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
- Experience in banking, payments, or financial services.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering teams and managing cross-team dependencies.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience supporting Product Owners and backlog management.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery metrics and performance tracking.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong professional English.
Nice to have
- Experience with Merchant Solutions, payment gateways, or acquiring platforms.
- Knowledge of card payments, transaction processing, and settlement systems.
- Experience with payment APIs and enterprise integrations.
- Scrum certification such as PSM, CSM, or equivalent.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Knowledge of SAFe or scaled Agile frameworks.
- Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Experience working with international, distributed engineering teams.
