Agile Scrum Master Senior (Payments)

What you will do

• Coach development teams, Product Owners, stakeholders, and managers in Agile practices, values, and delivery methods.
• Enable Agile teams to self-organize, self-manage, and deliver through effective Lean-Agile practices.
• Educate and mentor teams in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and other Agile methods while supporting adherence to agreed processes.
• Facilitate team-level events and assist the Release Train Engineer with train-level events.
• Remove impediments, improve team dynamics and continuous flow, and support relentless improvement.
• Coordinate with other teams on the Agile Release Train and communicate status to management.

Requirements

• Exceptional working knowledge of Agile technology delivery and tools.
• Strong mentoring, coaching, and leadership skills.
• Good working experience in an Agile environment, preferably with SAFe, Scrum, and/or Kanban.
• Experience working across multiple technical, software, or business unit teams to develop software solutions.
• Ability to quickly understand business and technology concepts and facilitate related conversations.
• Agile certifications.
• An inquisitive approach and a focus on identifying continuous improvement opportunities.

Nice to have

• Experience with the SAFe Agile framework.
• Exposure to the payments industry, especially cards and other payment schemes.
• Experience working in a team developing microservices and/or web applications.
