TPM Project Manager (Technical Transfer)

Location: UK; must be flexible to commute to the Cambridge office for important meetings and updates

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned Technical Transfer and Technical Operations projects from initiation through closure.
• Define scope, milestones, workstreams, resources, dependencies, budgets, and success measures; maintain integrated delivery plans.
• Establish project governance and manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, changes, decisions, and actions.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholders, facilitate project meetings and decision forums, and resolve delivery barriers.
• Track schedule, resources, budget, quality, benefits, and delivery health; provide evidence-based reporting and recovery options.
• Embed change management, adoption, compliance, lessons learned, and continuous improvement into project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience in project management, engineering, science, operations, supply chain, business, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrable experience delivering complex Technical Transfer projects or cross-functional projects in Technical Operations, manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, quality, pharmaceuticals, or a similar regulated environment.
• Experience managing projects requiring working knowledge of Technical, Quality, and Regulatory aspects.
• Experience managing integrated plans, governance, risks, budgets, and senior stakeholders.
• Strong project leadership, planning, facilitation, problem-solving, communication, and influencing skills without direct authority.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate complexity into clear decisions and actions.
• Sound commercial and financial awareness.
• Proficiency with standard project-planning, reporting, and collaboration tools.
• Working knowledge of regulated quality and compliance expectations, with a focus on patients, integrity, and delivery.
