Principal Project Management Specialist (Medtech)

Location: London, London, United Kingdom; Flexible Work Arrangement

Salary: GBP 100,000–150,000 per year, plus eligibility for the hirify.global Incentive Plan short-term incentive.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional development teams designing, implementing, and commercializing digital and electro-mechanical medical devices.
• Plan, coordinate, monitor, and manage project risks across complex product development programs.
• Lead new product development and ongoing lifecycle management for products, processes, and therapies.
• Oversee project operations and act as a liaison between functional and business management.
• Monitor projects from initiation through delivery, developing interventions and resolutions for risks and issues.
• Support requirements planning, elicitation, and management in line with key stakeholder needs.

Requirements

• Strong end-to-end project management experience in hardware and/or software development.
• Experience with sequential/waterfall, Scrum, Agile, and other project management methodologies.
• Experience leading diverse and complex projects and programs.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Recognized project management qualification or certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe.

Nice to have

• Experience with highly regulated and/or safety-critical systems, with medical device experience strongly preferred.
