Senior Web Developer (Growth Marketing)

Location: United States, New York; United States, Remote. US East Coast availability is required, with New York hybrid preferred and overlap with European mornings.

US-only national base pay range: $188–$235 USD.

What you will do

• Develop marketing web experiences for product launches, events, interactive experiences, and campaign pages from Figma through production.
• Own Contentful content models and reusable component libraries so marketers can build pages without compromising design, forms, tracking, or SEO.
• Optimize page performance using Core Web Vitals and build A/B tests and personalized experiences with Growth and Paid teams.
• Maintain technical SEO and AEO, including structured data, redirects, hreflang, crawlability, and AI-readable markup.
• Own Google Tag Manager and GA4 measurement, including data layers, events, pixels, conversion APIs, and consent mode.
• Build AI agents into release workflows for code reviews, QA, accessibility checks, and link and metadata audits.

Requirements

• At least 4+ years of web development experience, ideally with marketing sites, an agency, or a growth team.
• Hands-on experience managing a website in Contentful.
• Strong React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS skills.
• Experience building with AI coding tools, with shipped work that can be demonstrated.
• Ability to build reusable components, maintain visual quality, and improve page-load performance.
• Hands-on GTM and GA4 experience, or the ability to learn these tools quickly and demonstrate proficiency.
• Portfolio or GitHub profile demonstrating relevant work.
• Must be on the US East Coast; New York hybrid is preferred, with availability to overlap European mornings.

Nice to have

• Next.js and Vercel.
• A/B testing or personalization tools, especially Contentful Personalization.
• Server-side GTM, consent management, Google Ads enhanced conversions, and LinkedIn or Meta conversion APIs.
• Technical SEO and structured data experience.
