Director - Private Wealth

Location: Hybrid in Saint Helier, Jersey. Jurisdiction: Jersey. Region: UK, CI and Ireland.

What you will do

• Act as Director on client entities, corporate director companies, corporate trustees and, where appropriate, hirify.global regulated entities.
• Provide strategic oversight of private client and fiduciary structures, governance frameworks, risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Advise high-net-worth clients and support complex decision-making while maintaining relationships with regulators, professional advisers and senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to commercial, risk and governance committees and influence business strategy.
• Strengthen controls, improve processes and champion operational excellence and service delivery.
• Lead and develop teams while sponsoring strategic projects, transformation initiatives and business change.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience within trust, company administration, fiduciary services or a related professional services environment, including significant leadership and board-level exposure.
• Professional qualification such as STEP, CGI/ICSA or equivalent.
• Strong technical understanding of trust administration, company law, fiduciary responsibilities and tax implications of complex structures.
• Experience acting as a Director, Trustee or senior fiduciary professional, with the ability to meet regulator expectations and discharge governance responsibilities.
• Strong commercial, risk management and strategic leadership capabilities, including experience overseeing regulated businesses, complex client structures and transformational initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with high-net-worth clients, regulators, advisers and senior business leaders.
• Strong financial, taxation and wealth structuring knowledge, with the ability to lead change, drive innovation and support long-term business success.
