What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership, governance, and end-to-end oversight across Asset Servicing and Fund Accounting.
• Oversee fund valuation, NAV production, pricing controls, financial reporting, operational resilience, and service quality.
• Lead client, regulator, auditor, custodian, and third-party provider relationships.
• Develop and execute transformation roadmaps covering automation, digitisation, process optimisation, and straight-through processing.
• Lead fund launches, restructures, migrations, complex operational events, and business continuity planning.
• Develop leadership teams, shape future operating models, and partner with Technology, Product, Finance, Risk, and Change teams.

Requirements

• Significant senior leadership experience in Asset Servicing, Fund Administration, or Fund Accounting environments.
• Deep understanding of fund accounting, NAV production, valuation controls, and operational governance.
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation, automation, and operational excellence programmes.
• Experience delivering measurable cost efficiencies and service improvements through technology and process optimisation.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory environments and operational risk management.
• Demonstrated success leading large, multidisciplinary teams through periods of growth and change.
• Experience influencing executive stakeholders and driving strategic organisational outcomes.
