Workforce Business Partner (Fintech): Aligning people strategy with business priorities through workforce planning, organizational design, performance enablement, and leadership advisory with an accent on data-driven decision-making, workforce relations, and organizational health. Focus on influencing business leaders, embedding change initiatives, and improving engagement, retention, workforce planning accuracy, and performance outcomes.
Location: North Central, Nigeria; fully remote and flexible work culture

What you will do
- Partner with business leaders to translate organizational goals into people plans that improve capability, performance, and retention.
- Lead workforce planning and organizational design discussions to align structures, roles, and talent with current and future needs.
- Advise and coach leaders on talent strategy, performance management, independent contractor engagement, and team culture.
- Manage independent contractor relations matters and collaborate with the Workforce Relations COE on fair, consistent resolutions.
- Analyze people data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and present data-driven recommendations.
- Drive change management, communication, policy compliance, and adoption of people initiatives across business units.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a business partnership or advisory capacity.
- Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed, or multinational environments.
- Strong understanding of performance management, people relations, organizational design, and workforce planning.
- Proven ability to use HR data and analytics to inform decisions.
- Strategic thinking, precise execution, empathetic communication, and the ability to influence multiple stakeholders in ambiguous environments.

- Experience supporting technical or commercial business units in fintech, banking, or technology.
