Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce)

Location: Hybrid role based in the Paris office, France. Applicants must possess employment status allowing them to work from the Paris office.

What you will do

• Understand business processes and requirements, identify gaps, and help stakeholders define clearer ways of working.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and practical technical solutions.
• Configure and implement features, processes, and tools, primarily in Salesforce and also across Gong, HubSpot, and other internal applications.
• Create user documentation, train teams, and support adoption of new features and processes.
• Answer user questions, investigate issues, and identify further improvement opportunities.
• Work with the Business Systems Manager while progressively taking ownership of key applications and processes.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience, including internships or apprenticeships, involving IT projects from a functional and/or technical perspective.
• Master’s degree from an engineering or management school with an IT specialization, or equivalent.
• Good understanding of data modelling and ability or willingness to learn to read and understand code logic.
• Understanding of the automation being built; Salesforce knowledge is welcomed but is not the primary requirement.
• Organized, thorough, and able to reason clearly through complex topics.
• Ability to listen, synthesize detailed analysis into clear actionable plans, and help drive them forward.
• Clear communication with different stakeholders and ability to explain complex topics practically.
• Ownership, autonomy, and strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
