Implementation Associate (SaaS)

hirify.global provides a SaaS platform and service model for client accounting, compliance monitoring, performance measurement, risk analysis, and reporting.

What you will do

• Lead the onboarding process for new clients onto the Clearwater platform.
• Assess client requirements and customize solutions for accounting, compliance monitoring, performance measurement, risk analysis, and reporting.
• Deliver comprehensive client training and communicate project status, issues, and risks transparently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues throughout implementation.
• Manage client and internal stakeholder relationships, provide consultancy, and align client goals with project plans.
• Identify and escalate risks and issues to the Project Manager while providing accurate and timely responses to routine inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of TVOM, duration, yield, returns, and risk exposures.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including basic formulas and formatting, plus strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with relational database principles and SQL querying.
• Excellent attention to detail, documentation, verbal and written communication, organization, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of investment accounting policies and procedures.
• Securities or financial markets experience, especially with derivatives, alternatives, structured products, and/or fixed income.
• Project management skills.
