What you will do

• Analyse purchasing and sourcing requests and identify suitable suppliers and sourcing approaches.
• Manage end-to-end RFP processes with internal stakeholders.
• Select suppliers and negotiate pricing, contractual terms, and conditions.
• Ensure purchasing decisions meet business needs and company policies.
• Manage supplier relationships, evaluate performance, and monitor stakeholder satisfaction.
• Track purchasing performance, implement action plans, and improve procurement processes.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge and experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or a related area.
• Good understanding of business needs and their impact on procurement activities.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to evaluate information from different sources and recommend effective solutions.
• Proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Ability to work independently with a moderate level of guidance.
