Location: Gdansk, Poland; hybrid work model with time split between the assigned hirify.global site and off-site work

Annual salary: 137,700.00–247,860.00 PLN

What you will do

• Enable new preproduction computer platforms, including AI PCs, discrete and integrated graphics, and AI hardware, for validation teams.
• Service and maintain preproduction platforms and keep hardware and systems healthy with global teams.
• Modify designs through electronic analysis, firmware and hardware troubleshooting, soldering, and mechanical hardware modifications.
• Clear technical roadblocks and solve complex technical, electronic, and scripting challenges.
• Improve tools and scripts supporting validation of hirify.global graphics and AI cores.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of hardware and personal computer architecture.
• At least 2 years of experience in computer hardware setup, configuration, maintenance, validation, troubleshooting, hardware programming, and failure analysis.
• Ability to solder components on printed circuit boards.
• Ability to read technical and electronic documentation.
• Knowledge of hardware assembly, assembly-line procedures, and system enablement for validation processes.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with PowerBI, JIRA, ServiceNow, and Odoo.
• Clear and concise English communication skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening.

Nice to have

• Interest in data analytics and visualization using programming languages or tools.
• Experience cooperating with global teams and local leads on process efficiency, tool configuration, and system troubleshooting coordination.
• Experience with MS Office data collection, analysis, and presentation.
• Extensive computer hardware debugging and electronic circuit analysis and recovery.
• Advanced BGA soldering on printed circuit boards.
• Python programming for scripting.
