Production Engineer Specialist (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Improve and maintain production processes and support the development of existing and new products.
• Introduce new products and processes and lead validation activities.
• Evaluate manufacturing equipment and identify upgrades that can improve efficiency or quality.
• Manage technical documentation and collaborate with suppliers to ensure component quality.
• Use production data to reduce scrap, resolve technical issues, and continuously improve production performance.
• Work with multiple technologies and collaborate with company sites in Europe and globally while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Higher education, preferably in production engineering or a similar field.
• At least 5 years of manufacturing-industry experience in process engineering or a similar role.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic systems.
• Very good command of English and Polish.

Nice to have

• Experience leading projects, including experience as a Project Manager or in a similar project leadership role.
