Solution Manager PV/ESS (Fotowoltaika/ Magazyny Energii)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work setup. Required travel is less than 25%.

What you will do

• Provide technical advice on photovoltaic and solar energy systems.
• Assess customer needs and design solar systems.
• Prepare cost estimates, proposals, and projects based on technical requirements.
• Ensure proper installation and operation of solutions.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage multiple projects independently.
• Communicate daily with Huawei and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and vendors through virtual and in-person meetings; provide customer workshops and training.

Requirements

• Technical background in solar energy systems.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in relevant technical software.
• Fluency in Polish and English.
