Data Lead Delivery Manager

Location: Hybrid working in London, Greater London, England, United Kingdom

Salary: £80,000–£90,000 per annum

What you will do

• Lead the delivery of data products, pipelines, and business insights across multiple teams.
• Manage complex dependencies, risks, priorities, and delivery plans.
• Coordinate Data Engineering teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional delivery squads.
• Drive Agile delivery, remove blockers, and keep projects on track.
• Challenge and influence stakeholders to align delivery with business objectives.

Requirements

• Experience in Data Delivery, Data Programme Management, or Data Project Management.
• Solid understanding of modern data platforms, data pipelines, and data engineering.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and multiple delivery teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Confidence navigating complexity, challenging where needed, and driving outcomes.
