Technical Project Manager (MarTech)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid approach with office attendance an average of four days a week

What you will do

• Organize and manage key client projects, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and budget control.
• Control the analysis phase and develop project plans and requirements specifications.
• Estimate budgets and allocate internal resources and third-party vendors.
• Oversee planning, follow-up, and time allocation so configurators and developers can focus on delivery.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships and motivate colleagues in day-to-day project work.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with Braze, AEP, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience managing and implementing CRM or marketing automation projects.
• Conceptual and technical understanding of data modelling, service-oriented and layered architectures, and complex technical solutions.
• Experience working with Scrum and/or Kanban agile methods.
• Strong communication skills for translating business language into technical language.
• Organized, proactive, positive, detail-oriented, and able to manage several projects simultaneously.
