Senior SAP EAM Consultant (with Polish)

Location: Poland; hybrid or remote work mode.

What you will do

• Design and implement SAP S/4HANA Asset Management solutions by analyzing existing processes and defining target-state solutions.
• Lead and participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and identify functional gaps.
• Design and optimize preventive and corrective maintenance processes, including planning, orders, notifications, technical objects, and resource allocation.
• Develop solutions for external maintenance service providers, automated maintenance order processing, and integration with external systems.
• Define and support SAP EAM integrations with MM, PP, FI/CO, QM, and other relevant SAP modules.
• Prepare Phase 2 implementation backlogs, functional specifications, solution documentation, integration testing, SIT, UAT, Go-Live preparation, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with SAP EAM, including strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Asset Management.
• Solid understanding of asset management and maintenance business processes, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance orders, notifications, equipment, functional locations, maintenance planning, and resource management.
• Experience coordinating maintenance activities with external service providers and integrating SAP EAM with MM, PP, and FI/CO.
• Proven experience participating in SAP implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution-design skills, with the ability to collaborate directly with business stakeholders.
• Polish at B2+ level and English at B2+ level.
