Senior OTC Sales Trader (Cryptocurrency)

What you will do

• Execute large-scale OTC cryptocurrency trades for institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, and partners with accuracy, speed, and compliance.
• Build and maintain client relationships, understand trading needs, and provide tailored solutions.
• Coordinate with trading, risk management, and compliance teams to ensure smooth execution and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Monitor market trends, liquidity, and pricing to identify competitive trading opportunities.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to OTC desk growth.
• Prepare reports on trading activity, client feedback, and market insights, while resolving trade-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in OTC trading, sales trading, or institutional sales within cryptocurrency or traditional financial markets in MENA.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and digital-asset trading.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in trading platforms and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.

• Experience with OTC trading desks.
