Vice President, Finance (Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Own fund strategy and provide end-to-end finance and operational oversight across hirify.global Infrastructure.
• Review financial statements, quarterly investor reporting, partner capital statements, commitment schedules, valuations, and entity accounting packages under US GAAP and IFRS.
• Oversee fund liquidity, capital calls, distributions, forecasting, investor queries, compliance, and operational execution.
• Lead governance, internal controls, audit readiness, control documentation, and oversight of external service providers.
• Partner with investment, investor relations, tax, legal, treasury, and portfolio management teams while presenting results to senior management.
• Develop team talent, improve reporting and operating processes, analyze complex accounting issues, and leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve finance effectiveness.

Requirements

• University degree and a professional accounting designation such as CPA or CA.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance and/or accounting functions.
• Demonstrated leadership, initiative, analytical and problem-solving ability, and motivation to achieve collective goals.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, complex, fast-paced environment, adapt quickly, manage changing priorities, multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Superior written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong financial systems experience, including advanced Excel.
• Self-motivated and proactive regarding workload management and professional development.

Nice to have

• Experience with private funds, the investment management industry, and complex ownership structures.
• Experience with Mercatus, Workiva, or Anaplan.
