Senior GTM AI Engineer, RevOps

Location: Tassin-la-Demi-Lune/Lyon, France; hybrid work with 2 days at the office and 3 days remote

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain middleware connecting Salesforce, HubSpot, Planhat, Outreach, Attention, and other GTM systems with the hirify.global Agent Platform.
• Develop workflow orchestration for proactive GTM briefings and in-flow support across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Build and deploy internal web applications, micro-apps, and AI capabilities for GTM teams.
• Identify manual bottlenecks with stakeholders and convert them into production-ready AI roadmaps and agentic workflows.
• Build top-of-funnel agents for prospecting and cold-call/email optimization using tools such as LemList, Clay, and n8n.
• Advise GTM and RevOps leaders, create reusable technical assets, and contribute integration patterns and vertical packs to the core engineering stack.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AI implementation, RevOps engineering, or Forward Deployed Software Engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, or TypeScript, with comfort using modern frontend frameworks such as React and designing robust backend API integrations.
• Deep technical understanding of Generative AI, RAG architectures, LLM orchestration frameworks, and Agentic Workflows.
• Direct experience connecting APIs or middleware with systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Planhat, Outreach, Chargebee, or NetSuite.
• Strong bias for action, high agency, and the ability to self-prioritize in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex technical architectures into clear business and ROI outcomes for GTM leadership.

Nice to have

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a top institution.
• Knowledge of enterprise identity frameworks including OAuth 2.0, SAML, and OIDC.
• Experience working in fast-iteration Agile/Scrum environments.
