hirify.global is building a unified AI agent platform for conversational commerce that sells, supports, and re-engages ecommerce customers across their journey.

What you will do

• Build and improve end-to-end go-to-market workflows across the shared Cortex context layer, application and service repositories, MCPs, and automation tools.
• Build and maintain AI agents and reusable agent skills for outbound reply handling, audience and call-list creation, enrichment, event follow-up, and referral routing.
• Map Sales and Marketing workflow backlogs and choose between agents, automations, and manual processes, delivering reviewable outputs for business owners.
• Improve live agents by tuning prompts and skills, reviewing conversation and performance data, fixing regressions, and documenting edge cases.
• Debug and fix workflows across Cargo, HubSpot, Customer.io, n8n, Clay, APIs, and custom code.
• Work with Sales and Customer Success teams on agent adoption, workflow design, supervision, and training, while coordinating with GTM Engineers on CRM data quality.

Requirements

• Passion for AI and regular use of an AI coding harness such as Claude Code or Conductor.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical GTM, RevOps, or growth engineering role, with production automations to demonstrate.
• Hands-on experience with LLM applications, including prompt design, tool or function calling, and output-quality review.
• Solid SQL and Python or JavaScript skills, with comfort working with REST APIs.
• Working knowledge of an outbound or engagement tool such as Cargo, Dust, Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, Customer.io, or a similar tool.
• Good business judgment about when an agent should draft and when it should act.
• Ownership of workflows from idea through live agent, including early identification of breakages.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Experience building custom agents.
• Familiarity with a modern data stack such as BigQuery, dbt, Segment, Airbyte, or Hightouch.
• Experience with n8n, Clay, or a similar automation tool.
• French language skills for the Paris team.
