Senior Full Stack Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote - US; work-from-home 100% of the time with travel to client sites.

Salary: $140,400–$175,500 base annually; discretionary bonus or commission may also apply.

What you will do

• Research, prototype, and introduce technologies and system designs for green-field products.
• Lead the design of new systems and major changes, including design documents, alternative evaluations, ADRs, and documented trade-offs.
• Act as the primary individual contributor for a green-field product while ensuring maintainable, readable, and extensible code.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure APIs, UIs, integration services, and event-driven systems.
• Manage API versioning, authentication, monitoring, performance optimization, and integration pipelines across SaaS systems, data sources, and third-party applications.
• Collaborate with product, data, and platform teams; troubleshoot integration issues; and improve delivery, quality, automation, observability, and collaboration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript.
• Extensive experience with React and JavaScript web development frameworks; Next.js is preferred within this requirement.
• Experience with ORM frameworks and relational databases, including data modeling and provenance tracking patterns using Prisma, Drizzle, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience building long-running, fault-tolerant workflows with durable execution engines such as Inngest, Temporal, or similar.
• Hands-on experience integrating state-of-the-art LLMs into production systems, including agent design, tool use, and evaluation.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns and experience building external API integrations, including pub/sub, webhooks, and ETL.
• Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
