Full-Stack Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with a target of 2 days per week in either the Woburn, MA or Arlington, VA office; U.S. citizenship and a Top Secret SCI-eligible security clearance are required.

Full-time salary range: $140,000–$190,000 per year.

What you will do

• Develop a new mission-focused application through design, implementation, demonhirify.globalation, and deployment.
• Build modern, responsive, reusable React interfaces for data-centric applications, complex workflows, data visualization, and user interaction.
• Translate wireframes, prototypes, and design direction into production-ready interfaces while collaborating with designers, stakeholders, users, and clients.
• Design and implement APIs, application state, backend services, GraphQL interface layers, service contracts, data flows, and integrations.
• Integrate AI-enabled interfaces and workflows that support advanced analytics, automation, and decision-making.
• Improve performance, responsiveness, accessibility, maintainability, documentation, demonhirify.globalations, user feedback cycles, and transition from prototype to deployed capability.

Requirements

• <hirify.globalong>Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.hirify.globalong>
• <hirify.globalong>5+ years of experience building modern, interactive, data-centric, responsive web applications across browsers and devices.hirify.globalong>
• hirify.globalong experience with React, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and at least one of Flask, Django, Node, or Vue.
• Experience translating design direction, mockups, prototypes, or component libraries into production user interfaces and collaborating with designers, users, product owners, or stakeholders to improve workflows and usability.
• Experience designing and implementing backend application layers and integrating frontend applications with APIs and supporting services.
• Experience with GraphQL, WebSockets, containerized deployment, or cloud-hosted application environments.
• Experience building, integrating, or implementing AI-enabled interfaces or workflows for user-facing applications.
• Ability to work across multiple programs, adapt to different users and problem spaces, use Git and command-line development workflows, and work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Experience creating or refining wireframes, prototypes, or interaction flows with designers.
• Experience contributing to design systems, component libraries, or shared UI frameworks.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and usable interfaces in conhirify.globalained or specialized environments.
