Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack)

Location: Remote; applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship in the United States.

What you will do

• Own workstreams end-to-end, from defining business requirements through architecture, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Use agentic AI development tools, including context management, reusable skills, and model selection, while maintaining code quality and architectural soundness.
• Design and build scalable, secure, testable platform services, RESTful APIs, and usable interfaces.
• Make architectural decisions, guardrail AI-generated code, and identify and mitigate technical risks.
• Partner with product, design, business, and other stakeholders to connect engineering decisions with user needs and measurable outcomes.
• Support containerization, CI/CD, cloud deployment, mentoring, and improvements to AI-assisted engineering practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of individual contributor experience, with sound architectural judgment.
• Proficiency in Go and demonstrated full-stack experience; frontend experience with Vue, React, or a similar framework.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL datastores, including technologies such as Postgres and Redis.
• Understanding of microservices and monolith tradeoffs; experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with WebSockets and WebRTC, plus strong grounding in TDD and BDD.
• Hands-on production experience with LLM-based agentic development tools, including context management, reusable skills or prompts, and model selection.
• Product development experience, including understanding users, KPIs, business outcomes, ambiguous requirements, and UX principles.
• Comfort with Docker, GCP or AWS, Git, Argo, Helm, Terraform, and scripting with Bash, Python, or similar tools.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and business stakeholders, mentor engineers, and demonstrate strong analytical, troubleshooting, and attention-to-detail skills.
