What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day activities for a regional Asset Servicing team and collaborate with global teams and operational units.
• Manage voluntary income and corporate actions across equity and fixed income products, including event creation, reconciliation, instruction, entitlement distribution, and client service.
• Resolve complex operational issues and provide expertise on workflows, markets, products, and industry trends.
• Contribute to Global Asset Servicing strategy by improving processes, core tools, scalability, and business intelligence initiatives.
• Strengthen risk and control frameworks, review technical and operating environment risks, and support remediation for new products, businesses, and migrations.
• Partner with a Vice President to build a resilient team through feedback, coaching, diverse perspectives, and leadership development.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Asset Servicing within a global market or in another securities-related function.
• Deep operational expertise and experience managing or developing complex, high-risk functions.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of industry, market, economic, and emerging business trends, with the ability to understand complex workflows.
• Experience managing operational risks, strengthening controls, and contributing to risk reviews and remediation.
• Ability to handle challenging client requests, build long-term relationships, influence outcomes, and present persuasive rationale.
• Ability to collaborate across teams, work toward challenging goals, anticipate issues, plan contingencies, and take ownership of complex situations.
