What you will do

• Source and perform due diligence for open-ended and close-ended Private Market funds.
• Manage discretionary and advisory portfolio services for private markets.
• Lead onboarding workstreams, including financial, operational, tax, and legal due diligence.
• Negotiate agreements and offering memoranda with legal, compliance, and tax advisors.
• Develop marketing materials and conduct teach-ins for front office staff and clients.
• Monitor investment performance and conduct continual assessments of fund eligibility on the platform.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5-8 years work experience in Asset Management or Private Banking as a product specialist.
• Strong investment background with solid knowledge of alternative investment products.
• Proven analytical capabilities and data analysis skill set.
• Exceptional communication and writing skills for drafting detailed investment analyses.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Undergraduate or Graduate degree in finance, accounting, or other analytical fields.

Nice to have

• CFA or CAIA certification.
• Experience or interest in Power BI or other business intelligence platforms.
