What you will do
- Develop and execute the team’s business plan, marketing activities, and financial targets.
- Support relationship managers with business opportunities, client issues, prospecting, and new relationship development.
- Leverage banking products and product teams to address clients’ investment needs and uphold advisory standards.
- Mentor, coach, and develop relationship managers while fostering collaboration and attracting strong talent.
- Lead day-to-day compliance, process, AML, regulatory, reputational, credit, and operational risk management.
- Review revenue performance, credit incidents, control actions, audit metrics, and regulatory follow-ups.
Requirements
- Experience leading a team within a specific market.
- Ability to manage business development, client relationships, and team financial performance.
- Strong knowledge of risk management, AML, regulatory policies, procedures, and controls.
- Ability to provide supervisory guidance to relationship managers and ensure timely completion of control-related actions.
