What you will do

• Develop and execute the team's business plan to meet financial targets.
• Manage business development activities and prospect new client relationships.
• Provide guidance to Relationship Managers on investment solutions and advisory standards.
• Mentor and coach team members to improve overall effectiveness and performance.
• Maintain a strong risk and compliance culture, including oversight of AML and credit policies.
• Collaborate across business units within the OCBC Group to create networking synergies.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in wealth management or private banking.
• Strong understanding of ASEAN market dynamics.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory, AML, and credit risk management frameworks.
• Must be based in Singapore (Onsite role).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team management and client interaction.
