Team Head (ASEAN)

What you will do

• Lead the ASEAN-focused team and support the Market Head in developing and executing business plans, marketing activities, and financial targets.
• Support relationship managers with business opportunities and issues while developing new business and client relationships.
• Leverage the firm’s products and product teams to address clients’ investment needs and ensure adherence to BOS Advisory standards.
• Mentor, coach, and train relationship managers while promoting teamwork, collaboration, and talent development.
• Supervise day-to-day adherence to policies, procedures, guidelines, training requirements, and management control metrics.
• Lead proactive management of AML, regulatory, credit, reputational, compliance, process, and risk matters as the first line of defense.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team within a specific market and supporting relationship managers.
• Ability to develop business plans, execute financial targets, and drive business development.
• Knowledge of investment products, advisory standards, relationship management, and client prospecting.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, collaboration, and talent-management capabilities.
• Robust knowledge of risk management, AML, regulatory requirements, credit risk, and reputational risk.
• Ability to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, controls, training requirements, and MCOR and Risk Moderator metrics.
