Supply Chain & Operations Senior Consultant

Location: Southfield, Michigan, United States; candidates must reside in the Southfield area or be willing to relocate to the United States. The role is principally in-person and includes frequent regional travel with approximately 50% overnight travel.

Base salary range: $87,500–$136,500 for this role in CO, IL, OH, and MA.

What you will do

• Design and implement improved sourcing and purchasing strategies.
• Optimize warehousing, logistics, distribution, scheduling, and planning processes.
• Analyze client data and trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Create business process maps to identify efficiencies and best practices.
• Identify and implement operational improvement initiatives, including inventory and lead-time reduction.
• Support project management offices and client engagements.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of supply chain-related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related business field.
• Must reside in the Southfield, Michigan area or be willing to relocate.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Exceptions may apply to qualified candidates who are bilingual in Japanese and English or Chinese and English.
• Frequent regional travel is required, with approximately 50% overnight travel.
• The position may be filled as Consultant or Senior Consultant depending on applicable experience.
