What you will do

• Design, develop, maintain, and continuously improve Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and other Salesforce development tools.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
• Translate requirements into robust, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions with the Salesforce team.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, investigate root causes, and implement sustainable fixes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Service, Marketing, Data, and other teams to integrate Salesforce into the wider ecosystem.
• Evaluate new Salesforce capabilities and contribute to development practices, code quality, and long-term maintainability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce declarative capabilities.
• Good understanding of the Salesforce data model, platform architecture, and development best practices.
• Experience with SOQL and REST APIs.
• Ability to analyse technical problems, break them down, and find pragmatic solutions.
• Ability to take ownership of development tasks and drive them forward while knowing when to ask questions or involve others.
• Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and willingness to understand and try unfamiliar technologies or approaches.
• Interest in challenging existing solutions and finding simpler, smarter, or more efficient approaches.
• Clear communication and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Fluent English.
