Product Project Manager (Kitchen Appliance)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end innovation projects from planning and execution through completion and up to 6–8 months after NPI launch.
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, quality targets, documentation, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and report progress before launch and product performance after launch.
• Facilitate project reviews and post-launch evaluations, applying lessons learned to improve delivery processes.
• Lead corrective action plans for product quality issues and product cost or competitiveness improvements during the product life cycle.
• Promote accountability, transparency, effective resource use, and adherence to project processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years in a PMO role handling complex, multifunctional projects.
• Proven experience managing projects, budgets, timelines, and risks.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Experience with continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English and Mandarin required.
