Project Manager - Prefabricated Power Solutions

What you will do

• Analyze prefabricated substation tenders, break down equipment and service requirements, and develop customer-tailored technical solutions.
• Lead integration across HV/LV equipment, control and protection, SCADA, auxiliary power, mechanical systems, and suppliers.
• Coordinate primary, mechanical, and secondary design deliverables, technical deviations, clarifications, risk assessments, and tender-to-order handover.
• Coordinate E-house structural design, modular steel structures, equipment supports, module layouts, lifting and transportation considerations, and multidisciplinary interfaces.
• Shape sales approaches and pricing strategies; lead customer workshops, factory audits, events, seminars, and sales training across Latin America and APAC.
• Support first project orders, homologation, project execution, win-loss analysis, and lessons learned for E-house, Mobile Substation, GIS+, Transformer+, and GIS-on-Skid solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in the power systems industry, including at least 2 years of project management or technically relevant experience in a related field.
• Understanding of prefabricated power solutions.
• Fluent written and spoken English, with the ability to collaborate with international customers, suppliers, and teams.
• Proficiency in MS 365.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently.

Nice to have

• Sales training or commercial experience.
• Hands-on E-house structural design experience or a strong structural engineering background, especially with modular steel structures, electrical equipment integration, equipment supports, lifting and transportation design, and multidisciplinary design interfaces.
• Experience with AutoCAD, ELCAD, Pro/E, Tekla Structures, or similar engineering tools.
