Planner/Assistant Planner (Pharmaceutical Project)

What you will do

• Build project schedules covering the full project scope, milestones, and timelines using critical path planning methodology.
• Define responsibility and ownership for project outcomes through Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) methodology.
• Align schedules with the project execution plan, contracting, procurement, and project control strategies.
• Establish schedule baselines, manage periodic updates, and maintain fully integrated project schedules at multiple levels of detail.
• Negotiate and mediate timelines and interdependencies between key partners, provide schedule progress updates, and review external schedules against best practices.

Requirements

• Planning and scheduling experience, ideally on large-scale or pharmaceutical projects.
• Experience with quantitative risk assessment (QRA), including interpreting and communicating findings to key partners.
• Working experience using Primavera P6 to build schedules.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or construction.
• English and Chinese language capability.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage personal priorities and deadlines.
